 Attendees should leave the seminar with increased knowledge and understanding of the following:

The provincial legislations that affect Off-road vehicles and their users.
How legislation is applied.
A better understanding of the different classifications of vehicles within the category known as “off-road vehicles” and how each has different levels of risk associated to them.
What the greatest risks are associated to ATV use.
How these risks can be reduced.
As insurers, how certain legislation applies that help you assess risk.
What training users can receive to minimize risk
An understanding of a history of ATV rider training in the USA
What the Canada Safety Council ATV rider course curriculum does to reduce risk.
Where ATV rider training is offered.
How everybody can benefit from training
Answers to any questions brokers may have had with regards to ATVs and Off-road vehicles.

Furthermore, persons who attend the full session will receive an attendance certificate and received 2.5 hr in the technical category of continuing education requirements. RIBO will be notified by National ATV Schools of their attendance and maintain these records for 5 yrs.
